Photography was never something I saw myself doing professionally. What started as a simple college photography course slowly turned into a passion for capturing visual images that told stories. Photography was no more than a hobby until I started hearing the stories and trials of the people on the other side of my lens. When I realized that portraits were a way to capture someones true personality I became fascinated with being behind the camera. Every new shoot was an opportunity to get to know someone and to hear their story. Without the personalities, a portrait is just a photo of a person.
